I cannot discover the product with the configuration utility.
I'm trying to install the printer driver using a USB Hub. The "Driver Setup" dialogue box appeared and the QLprinter was connected, but the installation does not continue.
My print server has stopped printing.
Printing is not possible. (P-touch Editor 5.3 for Mac)
The "ping" command reports that I can communicate with the PS-9000, but I cannot print.

When I try to use the database function, an application error occurs.
I cannot communicate with the product during installation. (Communication error message is displayed.)
I cannot discover the product with the configuration utility.
I cannot open [Label format definitions] from the Printing Preferences in Windows 7. After clicking [Label format definitions]the error message "Administrator privileges are required in order to use this utility." is displayed. What can I do?
I get an error saying "The roll of labels or tape inside the machine does not match the one selected in theapplication." (P-touch Editor 5.0 for Windows)
The message "Paper cannot be fed. (There may be no more paper.)" is displayed on the print monitor screen.
The message "Wrong media size." appears. What should I do? (P-touch Editor 5.0 for Mac)
