Yes. The virtual representation of a machine’s LCD touchscreen is controlled virtually in a web browser from a remote location using encrypted SSL communication once authentication by the user has been given directly from the devices physical control panel.
Once acceptance of Remote Panel is given by the user an IT technician can then access all the LCD touchscreen and panel button features along with maintenance modes.
