Eco Design Of Energy related Products (ErP) 2009/125/EC

This is a framework directive for establishing the eco design for products which use or influence the use of energy and is a recast of the EuP Directive (2005/32/EC).

Implementing measures for Off/ Standby power levels and External Power Supplies (EPS) are already in force and Brother products comply where it is appropriate. Implementing measures will be issued on a regular basis.
